How do I search the Agents Database? |
|
As a registered storefront owner, you have the ability to search our database of over
22,000 major agents and retailers from all over the nation, and communicate directly
with those agents that most closely match your criteria.
- Select email as the communication method
- Select the state that you would like to target. You can select from more that one
at a time up to all the states in the United States and Canada.
- Next, if you wish you can select the minimum Employee size and/or premium volume
of the agencies from the pull down menu. You may wish to further narrow your search
by selecting an agency type using the pull down menu. When you are finished, click
continue.
- You will then see a list of the agents meeting your particular criteria. You can
specifically remove anyone from your communication list by selecting the check box
next to their name and selecting add to add them to your list of people you
do not wish to correspond with. If you change your mind, you can simply click the remove
button.
- When finished, click the broadcast button.

How do I send a broadcast email? |
|
Once you have selected your list of agents (see above) you will be able to input your
email information. First add the subject line you would like the email sent with. Then
input your body text or HTML file. You can either copy and paste the information into
the email body box, or manually type it in. Once satisfied with your entries click continue.
You will see a summary page confirming your desire to complete this communication. If
you click yes your email will immediately begin transmitting. |

How do I search the Wholesaler Database? |
|
Agents and retailers have the opportunity to expand the amount of business they write
by directly searching our database and looking for a wholesaler, carrier, or MGA by
programs/coverages, by keywords, and location. Wholesalers who own a storefront will
accept your applications online. Just follow the simple 3 step process and your on your
way to find the program that's right for you.
- There are 3 different methods to search by. Either search by Program/Coverage, by
Keyword, or by Company Name.
- Select the state in which you would like your wholesaler to be in.
- Submit your search criteria or press reset to start again.

How do I view the page hit statistics for my Storefront? |
|
Click on
this link, if you have not yet logged in you will be asked for your username and
password. The page that follows shows the unique page views history for the last 30
days. To view a custom report period, use the 'beginning' and 'ending' date calendar
buttons to generate your reporting period. You can view detailed visitor history by
clicking on 'Click Here' link under the Visitor Details column for the date you wish to
examine. For details regarding individual Program statistics, click on the link that
reads 'Click to view Program Statistics'. 'Page Hits to Date' is the accumulated hit
total for all dates, unique visits and programs viewed. |

How do I edit my account information? |
|
Members of Program Business have the ability to edit their company and account
information, or even their login name and password -- online. Simply click
here, make any changes you wish and select submit. |

How do I get my login name and password if I forget it? |
|
In the event that a registered Program Business user should forget his or her login
ID or Password, simply click here,
input your email address and we will email you your Login ID and password. |

Program Business.com has an enhanced interface to make it easier to use. We recomend
a minimum of Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape Navigator 4.0, and a screen
resolution of 800x600 with 256 colors. In order to optimize your viewing we

How to bookmark this site? |
|
Bookmarks are an easy way to retrieve pages whose locations (URLs) you want to save.
Once you add a bookmark to your list, the item stays until you decide to remove it.
In Internet Explorer, once you are on the page you wish to bookmark, go to the
Favorites menu and select Add To Favorites. If you wish, you may type a new name for the
page in the dialogue box that appears. To open one of your favorite pages, go to the
Favorites menu and click on the title of the page you want to open.
In Netscape Navigator, select the Bookmarks menu on the toolbar and choose Add
Bookmarks. This will add the current page to your Bookmarks list. (On Mac OS, go to the
Communicator menu, then select Bookmarks and Add Bookmark.) To open one of your book
marked sites, select the Bookmarks menu on the toolbar, and click on the title of the
page you want to open.
If your browser is Netscape 2.0 or Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher, you can add a
bookmark simply by going to the page you wish to add and pressing Ctrl + D. |
