The Affordable Housing Insurance Program (AHIP) utilizes our 30 years of experience in habitational insurance including Senior Housing and family Affordable Housing to make available to the insurance marketplace the best Independent Senior Living Apartment Program in the country. Also we were the first agency in the country to develop a habitational group umbrella program almost 10 years before the risk purchasing act.
