The V3 Workers Compensation program is a multi state, guaranteed cost Internet based program designed for easy quote and bind based on our own underwriting guidelines. We have a chosen market of small to mid size employers that display at least two years of experience. Our eligible class pick is broad and the on line internet program allows for easy access to approved class codes. The Workers Compensation Program is offered through an A+ XV rated carrier.

Eligible:

Retail and Wholesale Stores; Manufacturing; Local Trucking; Services; Construction-Artisan; Building Operations; and Automobile Services.

Ineligible:

Federal Exposures including USL&H, Admiralty ,Maritime Operations and FELA; Professional Employer Organizations and Temp Agencies; Aircraft; Public Entities;  Professional Sports Teams; Gas and Oil works; Wrecking or Demolition work; Wrap-up construction Projects and Foundries.

Premium Requirements:  minimum premium of $5,000 and Insured has to be in business for at least two years.
