Sloan Mason is pleased to announce access to a new program with an A+ XII carrier, which provides GL/Pollution/Auto/WC/UMB for Salt Water Disposal Wells and Haulers of oilfield brine waste water.
Companies in this arena can be involved in extraction of fluids from pits, tanks and other storage facilities, as well as transportation of brine and other drilling fluids to and from well locations and transportation of produced salt water to disposal wells.

Minimum Premiums:

• $20,000 for GL & Pollution
• $10,000 for Auto
• $50,000 for WC
• $10,000 for Umbrella

The following details are required for full underwriting review and best quote:

1. 5 year payroll history
2. 5 year currently valued carrier issued loss runs (valuation date within 120 days of requested effective date)
3. ACORD applications and Pollution Supplemental
4. Copy of current permit, any environmental reports (if available), and most recent well integrity test results (within the last 5 years); Wells must be EPA Class II Injection Wells
