Oil & Gas Insurance

 

On and Offshore Oil & Gas Operators and Contractors – WC/Auto/GL Package
E&P (Exploration & Production)

The Company will provide coverage for the following classes of business:

  • Geophysical Exploration
  • Oil or Gas Geologists
  • Oil or Gas Lease Operator
  • Instrument Logging or Survey Work
  • Consultants

For the above classes, which present less of a risk than contractors working on wells, they will offer the following primary casualty programs:

GUARANTEE COST: Subject to the following Minimums:
Workers Compensation: $25,000
General Liability/Automobile/PHD: $25,000

SIR/DEDUCTIBLES: Subject to the following minimums:

Workers Compensation $ 50,000 Min Premium (Subject to $50,000 Minimum deductible)
General Liability $ 50,000 Min Premium (Subject to $10,000 Minimum SIR/Deductible)
Automobile Liability/PHD $ 25,000 Min Premium (Subject to $ 10,000 Minimum deductible)
  • For selected classes the company will entertain lower minimums

Drilling and Service Contractors working over/in the hole: include the following operations

Oil or Gas Wells:

  • Acidizing or Cementing
  • Cleaning or Swabbing
  • Well Drilling or Redrilling
  • Perforating and Shooting
  • Specialty Tool Operation by contractor
  • Recovery/Perforating/Installation of Casing
  • Oil Rig or Derrick Erecting or Dismantling
  • Oil Field Welding or Cutting
  • Manufacturer and Distributor of Oilfield Products
  • Oil Well Equipment Supply

Miscellaneous Classes:

  • Pipeline Contractors
  • Oil and Gasoline Haulers

For the above classes, which represent high-risk exposure, they will offer the following primary casualty programs.

GUARANTEE COST: Subject to the following minimums:

General Liability
Automobile Liability/PHD		 $100,000

SIR/DEDUCTIBLE: Subject to the following minimums:

Workers Compensation $100,000 (Subject to $ 50,000 Minimum Deductible)
General Liability $75,000 (Subject to $ 25,000 Minimum SIR/Deductible)
Automobile Liability/PHD $25,000 (Subject to $ 10,000 Minimum Deductible)

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

Five ( 5 ) years of exposure history
Five ( 5 ) years of currently valued losses for all lines to be quoted
Large claims over $ 25,000 with description of accident
Financial Reports
Engineering Reports (if available)
Workers Compensation Payrolls by state, class codes and Fein for all entities
Most current Workers Compensation Experience modifications
Schedule of Automobiles by state by type (PPT’s, light, med, heavy) garage locations
