Lawyers Errors & Omissions Insurance Program

The Norman-Spencer Lawyers Insurance Program is professional liability coverage against errors and omissions for Lawyers and Law Firms. The program was designed to protect the insured from potential catastrophic financial loss resulting from actual and alleged errors or omissions in the practice of law.

Today's law firms are increasingly the target of client claims and lawsuits that can be the result not only from actual errors or omissions in the lawyer's discharge of their duties, but from unreasonable client expectations in the handling or outcome of their case.

No matter what the nature of a law firm's practice is, the need to buy professional liability insurance is a necessary and prudent business practice for most law firms.

A.M. Best "A-" Rated Carrier
Firms with 1-10 lawyers are the primary targets for the program; however, we can write firms with up to 50 lawyers.
The program is available in California only at this time. Additional states to follow.
