This professional liability product, also referred to as E&O, is backed by the security of an insurance carrier that is rated A+ (Superior) XIV by AM Best & Co. Insurance Agents licensed less than three years are eligible for coverage. You must place business with carriers that maintain at least a B+ rating from A.M. Best. Placement of surplus lines business does not effect eligibility.

Coverage for your services performed as a property & casualty, life and accident & health insurance agent.

Coverage applies to you, your business entity, along with any current and former employees, directors, officers, managers, members, partners, leased/loaned workers, and independent contractors while working on your behalf.

Limits available range from $1,000,000 up to $3,000,000.

Deductible is $5,000 per claim.

Claims free premium discounts for second and third year agents.
