Small Business Package Insurance

We can offer coverage on a package basis for virtually every class for which we provide liability and/or property coverage. Many of our package policies offer coverage enhancements such as Limited Property Extension Endorsement offering such coverage as Valuable Papers and EDP among others, or Equipment Breakdown coverage.

Package credits are based on the individual class of business and the specific individual risk characteristics and can provide you with a very favorable price point to assist you in obtaining an order from your client. Deductible credits can be applied on property where the size of the risk and the reduction in premium makes this approach more favorable for your insured.

We have four carriers offering package coverage with varying appetites for lines of business. Our in-house capacity, depending on the carrier will range from $1,000,000 to $4,000,000. Some specific classes are noted below along with available enhancements and property capacity.

Restaurants - less than 50% liquor:

• Includes property enhancement endorsement, equipment breakdown
• LIQUOR LIABILITY
• Property Limit $2,000,000

Vacant Property:

• Property Capacity $4,000,000

Real Estate:

• Property Capacity $2,000,000 (up to $5,000,000 with participating polices)
• Includes equipment breakdown

Manufacturing:

• Property Capacity up to $5,000,000
• Includes equipment breakdown

Retail/Wholesale:

• Property Capacity up to $5,000,000
• Includes equipment breakdown or enhancement endorsement

Contracting:

• Property Capacity up to $3,000,000
• Contractors equipment floater and other Inland Marine Exposures can be added
