The 5Star PARKSure^SM Program provides high quality protection for risks related to the parking of cars -- including valet, self or assisted parking, and special events. Coverage is provided through an A.M. Best rated A XV carrier and includes General Liability and Garagekeepers Legal Liability.

  • Incidental exposures such as car washing and detailing, as well as airport park-and-fly operations
  • On-street (off-premises) moving of customer vehicles
  • Locations that are owned or rented, or when operating on another's premises
• Superior claims administration provided through the leader in claims services for parking operations

• Minimum Premium:$2,500

• $1,000 Minimum Self Insured Retention (SIR)

• $1,000,000 per occurrence ($2,000,000 limit available)
• $2,000,000 General Aggregate
• $1,000 Minimum Self Insured Retention (SIR)
• $250,000 Damage to Premises Rented to You Limit
• $1,000,000 Personal and Advertising Injury
• $1,000,000 Hired Auto - optional
• $1,000,000 Non-Owned Auto - optional

GKLL Limits:

• $250,000 per Vehicle
• $1,000,000 per Location ($2,000,000 limit available) 
• $5,000,000 Policy Aggregate

 Ineligible Classes:

• Affiliated non-parking operations. Some may be eligible for coverage through other 5Star programs, such as shuttle exposures Public Auto Program
