On Friday, March 11, Harleysville Insurance will testify on behalf of the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) before the House Subcommittee on Insurance, Housing and Community Opportunity regarding the reauthorization of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Harleysville Insurance will be represented by Ms. Donna Jallick, vice president of flood operations.
Harleysville Insurance is a PCI member company and the only invited panelist that participates in the “Write Your Own” (WYO) Coalition of private insurers that administer the NFIP. Ms. Jallick will be providing a first-hand account of challenges facing the NFIP and important policy recommendations for long-term solutions to protect the 5.6 million Americans who rely on flood insurance.
