More States Approve Schinnerer's Expanded Real Estate E&O Policy Form

Schinnerer's Real Estate ProgramFollowing the successful launch of its new real estate errors and omissions (E&O) policy form in January, Victor O. Schinnerer & Company, Inc. is pleased to announce that 18 more states have approved the expanded form, bringing the total number of approved states to 39.

Schinnerer's new policy provides additional insurance solutions for real estate professionals including privacy response coverage, discrimination coverage, bodily injury and property damage coverage arising out of lockbox claims, open house property damage coverage, free extended reporting period coverage, 100%-owned property management coverage, and public relations coverage.

The policy is now available in: AL, AZ, AK, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, IN, ID, KS, KY, ME, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, and WY.

Additional filings are pending approval in AR, CO, IL, LA, MA, MD, RI, VA, and VT. Existing policyholders in approved states will be transferred to the new policy at renewal.

The additional approvals come on the heels of Schinnerer's 30th anniversary of providing insurance products and services to real estate professionals.
