Five Star Specialty Programs recently announced a new market for the business auto program, providing additional coverage for more classes, including wholesale distributors, retail locations and various contractors.
The company, which is a division of Crump Insurance Services, offers the 5Star Business Auto Program for miscellaneous classes through multiple A-rated carriers.
Based on the recent carrier partnership, coverage has been opened up for more classes. These include wholesale distributors that deliver beverages, boats and other goods, as well as retail stores that provide the delivery of appliances, bakery goods, furniture and department store goods.
Contractors specializing in segments including building, renovation, roofing and plumbing, will also now be eligible for coverage through the program, as well as local/intermediate trucking.
Coverages available through the 5Star Business Auto Program include commercial auto liability, hired and non-owned liability, medical payments, physical damage, personal injury protection and underinsured/uninsured motorist coverage.
The Melbourne, Florida-based wholesaler offers the program nationwide, except in Louisiana and Massachussettes.
