"These important surveys already have driven improvements in our industry," commented Real Time/Download Campaign Co-Chair Joyce Sigler, CISR, CPIW, CPIA, vice president of administration at Jones & Wenner, an insurance agency in Fairlawn, Ohio. "The surveys provide invaluable information to the industry, because what is measured can be improved."

The Real Time/Download Campaign ( conducts surveys in 18-month cycles and has captured the opinions and experiences of thousands of agencies in its two prior surveys. To boost response, campaign supporters have made gift cards available that will be awarded randomly to agency and brokerage employees who complete the survey between now and its end date, scheduled for April 10, 2013.
Real Time is the ability to click on a button from a client file in the agency management system or comparative rater for immediate access to carrier information on that client.
