Aartrijk Brand CampSpecialist branding firm Aartrijk announced that its Brand Camp 2013 event for insurance brand decision-makers will be held November 4-6 in Baltimore at the Hotel Monaco downtown near the Inner Harbor.
The hands-on conference -- being held for the fourth time -- is designed specifically for insurance management and marketing leaders at carriers, agents and brokers, industry trade associations, and service providers.
"Brand Camp helps answer: 'How do we keep pace with what's next?'" said Rick Morgan, senior vice president of Aartrijk. "That's always a vital question for the insurance industry in general and insurance marketers especially. Positioning an insurance brand and living that brand in the real and virtual/social worlds is one of the greatest drivers of value for insurance organizations.
"Even the most progressive-minded brand leaders constantly seek to refresh and even reinvent what they are doing and how they are doing it in order to adapt to evolving customer expectations. Brand Camp has helped them do just that," said Morgan.

Over the course of three events starting in 2009, Brand Camp has welcomed more than 200 insurance professionals to uncover new marketing approaches and refresh their outlook on effective strategies and tactics. Topics have included video, social networking, blogging, mobile applications, publicity, editorial, design, brand identity and logos, brand alignment, employee engagement, brand valuation, websites, trade advertising and demographics -- all from the perspective of how insurance firms can leverage them.
"Marketers have to adapt and advance as much as any part of the industry, and Brand Camp helps them look at the landscape and see where they should steer going forward," Morgan said. "And with consumers absolutely drawn to the virtual worlds of social networking, all insurance firms must continue to develop the comprehensive online approaches as well as traditional strategies that leverage brand personality and communicate a value proposition."
Brand Camp conference agenda and registration information will be forthcoming at
