Superior Access has taken another giant step towards more innovative uses of its web site. Agents are able to submit a wide variety of Customer Service Forms directly through the site. The forms can be accessed through the Customer Support link on the left-hand side of the Home Page at www.SuperiorAccess.com. The submissions can be made any time of the day or night. Currently, the following easy-to-complete forms are available through the Customer Support link: Auto Policy Change, Auto Loss Notice, Agent of Record, Certificate of Insurance Request, General Liability Loss Notice, Loss Runs Request Form, Status of Submission Request Form, Property Loss Notice, Renewal Notice Form and Property Policy Change. Agents who need a Certificate of Insurance can go directly to the site and request them. Drivers can be added or deleted from a personal auto policy with the Auto Policy Change form. Agents can also be reminded of renewals by requesting a renewal quote 30 days in advance of the current policys renewal date.
