Welcome to our new Storefront Owner:Specialized Insurance, Inc.
http://www.programbusiness.com/tracking/sftracker.asp?Sfid=279.

Specialized Insurance, Inc. began business in 1993 as a General Agent targeting the niche market of Garage Insurance.

According to Specialized, “Our underwriting staff is very experienced in working with the specific coverage needs associated with garage policies. Their years of experience give us the comprehensive knowledge needed to successfully manage the program for the company. Our program offers coverage for both types of garage business…that being dealers and non-dealers. The dealer portion is for non-franchised used car dealers. The non-dealer portion takes into consideration many of the “service” classifications such as: repair shops, gas stations, body shops, lube & tunes, car washes, etc. Both the dealer and non-dealer programs are geared toward private passenger type auto operations.”

Specialized is not actively pursuing accounts that are involved in the sale or repair of: trucks, tractor/trailers, motor homes, or motorcycles. They also do not write any “for hire” towing operations.

The program is currently available in the following states: California, Oregon, Arizona, Washington, Nevada, and Idaho. There are future plans for expansion into other western and mid-western states.
