The general Programbusiness.com Terms & Conditions set forth on the Programbusiness.com website homepage, at click here , are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully restated herein. Additionally, use of the Trading Floor on Programbusiness.com constitutes your agreement to the following:

(1) A Trading Floor Member will receive unlimited submissions of accounts to the MGAs, Wholesalers, Program Administrators, and Carriers represented as Storefronts in the Programbusiness.com Storefront Community for the length of membership;

(2) A Trading Floor Member will receive customer service support from the Trading Floor Sales and Service Team for the length of membership;

(3) A Trading Floor Member is entitled to the reasonable expectation that any submission will receive at least one view ("view" is defined as a Storefront owner clicking the link received in the email alert sent when submission is posted, which link then takes the Storefront user to the submission) by at least one member of the Storefront Community within 3 business days of being posted. If there is not at least one view of a particular submission by at least one Storefront, then the Trading Floor Member is strongly encouraged to call the Trading Floor Sales and Service Team and speak to a customer service representative. The customer service representative will then make a good faith effort to call the Storefront contacts and try to ensure that some response to the submission in question is received by the Trading Floor Member in a timely fashion. In some cases, Trading Floor Members may be referred to MGAs, Wholesalers, Program Administrators or Carriers not represented in the Storefront Community. This will occur only after all Storefront options have been exhausted. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Programbusiness.com does not guarantee or promise any specific results from participation in the Trading Floor;

(4) Each username and password issued with a Trading Floor Membership allows exactly one user to submit accounts on the Trading Floor. Additional users require separate usernames and passwords purchased for an additional fee to be negotiated with the Trading Floor Account Executive. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Programbusiness.com immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Programbusiness.com will not be liable for damages caused by any unauthorized use of your account; however you may be liable for the losses of Programbusiness.com or others due to such unauthorized use;

(5) All memberships are automatically renewed every 30 days unless otherwise specified. Cancellation of a membership is permitted anytime and the membership will be terminated upon completion of the 30 day period following the final payment;

(6) Programbusiness.com reserves the right to increase the membership rates for the Trading Floor at any time without notice. This will not affect current Trading Floor Members until the expiration of their current contracts, at which time they will be eligible for a "Renewal Discount;”

DISCLAIMERS:
(1) It is not guaranteed that any response received from a Programbusiness.com Storefront or any other MGA, Wholesaler, Program Administrator, or Carrier that an agent is referred to by programbusiness.com or one of its employees will result in placement, quoting, or binding of the account being posted on the Trading Floor.

(2) Programbusiness.com cannot guarantee that a market will be available for a given industry/line of coverage. Some industries/lines of coverage (i.e. coal haulers, wind in FL, earthquake in CA) are extremely difficult to place. Therefore, no account, regardless of industry/line of coverage, is guaranteed to be placed and/or quoted.

(3) Programbusiness.com cannot be held responsible for the conditions of the insurance market regardless of a Trading Floor Member's agency location.

(4) All Trading Floor Membership purchases, regardless of promotions and endorsements, are final and non-refundable at the time of purchase.

(5) Programbusiness.com does not issue insurance contracts or bind coverage, nor does it endorse or recommend any companies or insurance policies, or provide insurance, tax or financial advice. We are not responsible in any way for the conduct of the MGAs, Wholesalers, Program Administrators, and Carriers that you encounter via Programbusiness.com. If you would like personal advice or specific policy recommendations, you should consult with an insurance agent, broker, or other qualified professional. Programbusiness.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the website or in connection with any benefit, product or service offered on the website, whether caused by users of the website, programbusiness.com, or its members, vendors, carriers, brokers, or affiliates, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the website. Programbusiness.com is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the website or member, vendor, carrier, broker or affiliate. Programbusiness.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications. Under no circumstances will Programbusiness.com be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone’s use of the website; any content posted on the website or transmitted to users or members; any interaction between users of the website; or the use of or participation in any benefit, product, or service offered on the website, whether online or offline.
